Visibility Audits

AI visibility measurement

Be visible when your buyers are asking AI

See where you stand

Adobe Analytics measured more than a trillion visits to US retail sites and found AI-referred traffic converted 54% better than non-AI traffic in May 2026. The engine has already done the qualifying, so the buyers it sends arrive with intent. When an AI engine is asked which vendors to shortlist, it names a handful. If your company isn't in that answer, you're not being considered, and you won't see the loss in your analytics.

What this is

Visibility Audits measures how AI engines describe your company, identifies what you can do to improve it, and leaves you the levers to keep pulling.

One buyer question, one engine answer

Which vendors should we shortlist?

Three vendors come up most consistently across recent write-ups:

  1. 01 A competitor you know
  2. 02 A competitor you don't
  3. 03 Your company

Visibility is not one problem, it's four

Before an engine recommends you, four separate things have to happen:

  1. 01

    Retrieved

The AI engine needs to find your page. This fails when your site turns AI crawlers away, or if your pages get built in the visitor's browser and there is nothing for the engine to read.

  2. 02

    Cited

The engine needs to use your page as a source. This fails when there is nothing on the page that directly answers the question that's being asked.

  3. 03

    Named

Your company needs to appear in the answer itself. In many cases, your page gets used as a source of information, while the answer goes on to recommend someone else.

  4. 04

    Recommended

You want to be one of the vendors the engine actually puts forward. This rung is decided by reviews, analyst coverage and independent write-ups rather than by anything on your own site.

Fix it, prove it, maintain it

We restructure your content so engines can extract it, clean up the signals that identify you, open access to the crawlers that matter, and help you build the third-party presence that decides recommendation.

Then we find out which parts worked, by holding a set of prompts and pages back untreated.

You finish knowing which levers moved your numbers, and how to test the next change the same way.
